This website is made available by the Czech Australian New Zealand Association, a non-profit association established in the Czech Republic, which is referred to in these terms and conditions as "We", "Us" or "Our".

The terms and conditions set forth below apply to all events organized by the Czech Australian New Zealand Association, a non-profit association established in the Czech Republic ("Us", "We" or "Our") and/or listed on our website (“Event”). Attending any such events and/or obtaining information regarding such events from our website signifies that you (and any guests you bring) have read and voluntarily agreed to accept these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you are, or will prior to attending any event become, fully aware of the legal consequences of agreeing to these terms and conditions.

You accept full personal responsibility for your own safety during any event and assume all risks and accept full and complete responsibility for any and all damages and personal injury of any kind, including death. You are aware that events may involve hazardous activities, involving risk of serious bodily injury, death, or property damage and you are voluntarily participating in such activities with knowledge of the risks. You expressly assume the risk of these dangers including, but not limited to, slips, falls, objects or persons falling on persons, equipment failure, injury from pointed equipment, high altitude sickness and/or injury, improperly administered first aid, lightning strikes, hypothermia, and/or drowning.

Events may be cancelled for any reason by us and participants shall be eligible only for a full refund of the amount paid by them, if any, to attend the event.

By attending an event, participants accept that their image may appear on our website or in our publications.
