Australia Waitangi Day Beach Party

Australia Day and Waitangi Day are the founding days for Aus and NZ. Falling in late January and early February, the days are celebrated outdoors with friends and family.
We hosted our own version in Prague and despite the weather, beach gear was the dress code
Prizes were given to best dressed participants and we also had other competitions and a DJ.

ANZAC Day

The newly appointed NZ Ambassador was with us at the Commonwealth War Graves in Olsany Cemetery at for our ANZAC Day Ceremony.
There was a wreath laying ceremony and we raised 4900 CZK from poppies, the proceeds of which went to to the NZ Returned Services Association.
